[Resolved]  Qnet — Upline misguided with wrong information to invest money

I was not told about the nature of the Business before getting registered in to this QNET Platform and asked to invest 3, 70000. Later when asked about job nature I was asked only to attend meetings and read books. When I openly asked whether is it to involve people by making them register into this Business I didn't get the proper response and asked to only complete the books and attend the meetings.

Only after a month of me being absent in their meetings as I was not clearly interested they make a statement of refund is also not possible now as I have crossed the grace period. But clearly when I told them I'm not interested in this business they wantedly proceeded with KYC completion without my knowledge. Only after getting mail I got to know that.

Requesting to take action against them.

The issue is still not resolved. I wrote to [email protected] and mentioned below, "As I mentioned in my earlier email, I was not told about the refund policy or period, therefore I don't know about it. The company name must have been mentioned previously for us to investigate the refund policy or any associated matters. He hasn't included any information about the business or his job. What can be done in this case? I was only asked to read books and attend meetings. To put it plainly, I want my money back and don't want to be involved in this kind of business." Reponse received : "Thank you for writing to us and sharing your thoughts/experience about your upline. Firstly, regarding your refund request, an evaluation of your refund request was carefully performed by our Team and regretfully we are unable to proceed with the refund request because the request had exceeded the grace period mentioned in the terms and conditions of sale. QNET’s Terms and Conditions of sale govern the commercial terms regarding the sale and as you had previously and expressly agreed upon this, any refund request made outside the allowed grace period from the date of purchase is invalid. Secondly, regarding your concerns relating to your upline's / an IR’s alleged behaviour, you must write directly to the Network Integrity Department (NID) at [email protected] or NID hotline (WhatsApp message at +852 9150 2203) with evidence of the circumstances. NID will review your complaint once the evidence is received." Kindly help to resolve this issue . Thanks
