Qspiders — Support team is not responding to me

I am enrolled in python + selenium course. In demo class, we are told that total course duration of this course is 2.5 months. It's already 1 month completed in python. Still selenium class is not started yet. I have am trying to connect with support team through calls and messages regarding this query or provide any update when selenium class is going to start. But support team is not responding to me. They are ignoring my calls and messages.

I want immediate response from support team to provide update when selenium class is going to start.
