Sir, on 15.12.17, i had requested for shifting of bb connection to my new location 31d to connect office at sector -47 required documents were provided. At the same time change of plan from 599 to 799 was also selected and i was informed that this plan will be activated after shifting of connection which will be in 3days. On 18.12.17 it is intimated that, shifting of connection is not possible, you can surrender the connection. I reached to connect office at sec-47 and inquired about issue. Finally i was told to bring wifi and other items and pay the amount 548 which is approx my 599 plan. How it is possible to charge that much amount for 15 days, moreover i have not used the connection since 7.12.17. It is my humble request to look in to the matter and resolve the issue of excess charging. Further, my bb connection[protected] to be discontinued with immediate effect to stop further billing after this date.
