[Resolved]  Quadrant Televentures / Connectzone.in / Connect Broadband — broadband bill

Sir, on 15.12.17, i had requested for shifting of bb connection to my new location 31d to connect office at sector -47 required documents were provided. At the same time change of plan from 599 to 799 was also selected and i was informed that this plan will be activated after shifting of connection which will be in 3days. On 18.12.17 it is intimated that, shifting of connection is not possible, you can surrender the connection. I reached to connect office at sec-47 and inquired about issue. Finally i was told to bring wifi and other items and pay the amount 548 which is approx my 599 plan. How it is possible to charge that much amount for 15 days, moreover i have not used the connection since 7.12.17. It is my humble request to look in to the matter and resolve the issue of excess charging. Further, my bb connection[protected] to be discontinued with immediate effect to stop further billing after this date. On rectification of bill i may be informed for depositing of wifi and payment of final bill amount. Thanking you.

This is in reference to your complaint regarding dispute for bill for process days of shifting, would like to inform you that as checked in system your request was logged on 15th dec 17 for shifting & on 18th dec 17 it was close with remarks that due to no wln area shifting is not possible. as you have also confirmed that you were informed on on 18th Dec 17 regarding same & was guided for disconnection, As per our shifting process we have 3 days process for shifting so within 3 days your request was processed & informed to you so there in no delay from our end & no any waiver is applicable on this.

We would like to inform you that disconnection of your connect number is under process, billing for same has been stopped and for full & final bill please confirm us after complete disconnection process of 60 days to help you further.
