Dear sir,
My self vanish from Abohar punjab. i m using connect broadband from many years my connect no is [protected]. they increase the rental of my broadband without my consent and disconnect my connection and after disconnection they continues sending me bill. plz c the matter and resolve the issue. My connect no. is no. Is [protected].

Your complaint was already highlighted by you in the month of Feb'17 through Customer care mail.had a word with you that plan was migrated with your request, tried to convinced you to take lower rental plan, but as per request given by you for disconnection, so process was further forwarded as per your request as you written on mail,
Connect number was disconnected in the month of feb'17 post having discussion with you
