We are using a Connect Broadband connection Number [protected].
Company has given us an unlimited data plan having 4 mbps dedicated speed. But since the installation of connection we are not getting the speed as per plan. Every time technical persons close the complaint giving unsatisfactory answers. Sometimes they say Wiring needs to be changed some times they say modem needs to be replaced. Sometimes they say that this plan is not feasible in your area and change the plan to lower speed. Every time they make exuses and get the complaint closed. This company claims that we resolve all the complaints with in 4 working hours but they don't even bother to resolve the complaint in 4 working days. When we talk to technical persons they speak very rudely. We are paying around Rs.1600.00 monthly but they don't bother about the customers. These people even closes the complaint job without our consent.
When we request them to resolve the issue, these people say that sales team don't have technical knowledge and they even don't bother about it. Sales team is concerned only with sales nothing else. These people even say if you don't want to continue with the connection you can opt for other service providers we don't care and if you have any issue kindly don't register the complaint, visit our office at Mall Road and talk to seniors.
