On the 17th August 21, my broadband connection was disconnected with the message that your payment has been pending for June month even though the discussion is going on with the customer executive since 8th August mentioning I have done the payments of June month and they will discuss this with the superiors and get back to me as their systems is not showing the same but their app showing it (attached screenshot).
Btw, that period I have received n number of calls in the last 28 days on each alternate day (including customer care, recovery team, etc) regarding bill payment, and after explaining the whole concern they always mention that they come back to me but no one ever comes back.
Even after paying the full pending amount of 1320 (after confirmation from connect team via email) they mentioned now the Complete disconnection would happen only when you will deposit the outstanding amount both billed and unbilled and submit the accessories at nearest connect office to settle your connect account.
Total till date outstanding amount of your connect number is (Billed Rs 0 + tentative Unbilled Rs 250) = Total amount to pay is Rs 250/-
My question is due to any technical difficulties happened at the company's end and they don't receive the payment or payment bounce back & after a month where they claim for payment not received and company's disconnect the connection, Is it the customer responsibility to pay for the rental services of that period?
