For having bared with the company’s pathetic & laid back services for approximately 2 years, the company’s services, both broadband as well consumer services has shown utter nuisance till the end.
After deciding to end “Connect’s” broadband services a few months back, i reached out to the consumer executive in the month of May to disconnect our broadband connection. Unlike the other companies like Airtel, which provide proper guidance for disconnections, Connect’s consumer services provides no guidance whatsoever instead pushed us to continue our services with them. After being adamant to disconnect, they said that “it would be disconnected”, providing no further details.
The company already holds our ₹1, 500 as a security deposit and is now demanding us to pay an extra ₹1530 for no reason and for no fault of our own.
ConnectZone has been very unprofessional with their services. While I was availing their service, I have registered tons of complaints. Whose record could help the company to reflect on the poor performance.
In order to desperately hide their fault, the company has now registered a complaint in the district court to “settle the due amount”.
But can the company justify these ‘due amount ‘and how their poor & laid-back service took them 9 months to only learn that the fault remains in their pit.
