Respected sir/ madam
I have taken a connect broadband connection of 599 plan in february 2016 at my rented residence # 1013/2, sector 38-b, chandigarh. I had paid 1000 rs as security and installation charges. My connection number is [protected].
In may i shifted my residence to # 986/1, sector 41-a, chandigarh. I visited sector 35 office on 2nd may 2016 and requested to shift my connection. I was told that connection will be shifted in 2-3 days and cost 300 rs. After 4-5 days a was told that there is no dp free and connection is not possible there. At the same time a new connection is installed there. I visited office and told about it, then i was told that one connection is submitted there. I was told that my connection will be given in 2-3 days. After 2-3 days i visited again to office to ask about connection but office person told me that customer resume connection again.
I was told to submit my connection by submitting the device and paying the dues.
I asked that my connection is not shifted and you are asking me to submit dues and i also asked about 1000 rs which i given for connection.
I was told that my connection is still installed at my old address and rent is according to that connection. I told i am not living there and not using connection. Also after shifting i informed and requested to shift my connection at new address. But they told that this is company norm and i have to submit device and pay dues.
Then i visited 3 times to submit device and my connection but they refused and asked me to pay dues with device which i refused to pay.
Sir tell me when i am not using the connection then why company is charging every month. I paid 1000 rs for connection and used company service for 2 months. After shifting i requested to shift my connection but that is not shifted.
If company cannot shift connection due to technical problems then why a customer will suffer due to your poor service. Why not at your end you terminate connection due to your company issues. Why you are generating bills for a not shifted and non working connection.
Kindly accept my request to cancel my connection from my shifted date 01/05/2016 and cancel all the bills after my shifting date. I will submit the device at office.
