My name is karan verma, i am really very very frustrated with connect service. I have started a new connection 12 months ago. I am fed up with the connection issues from last 8 months regarding sometime network issue, sometime calling issue and sometime billing issue. I got a call from connect customer care who is employee at sec 35 connect office chandigarh regarding upgrade of my plan from normal to unlimited plan of same charges of rs. 999 without any extra charges in which we will get free unlimited calls and 40 gb wifi data at the speed of 40 mbps. I deny the change of my plan but again and again requested by the customer that sir, its is a benefit by the company to its valuable customers only and i[censored] not satisfied by these plan also change after some time. I ready to upgrade and he told me that nothing will be charged from you. But connect services is very very poor without cancellation of my old plan they will also continue on my name second plan. After one month connect head office call me and said that sir your bill is pending and submit the same as soon as when i fed up then i went to your office. He assures me that your issued will be resolved immediately and now one month passed away and no issue has been resolved.
This connect telecom is totally fraud fraud fraud and cheap. Worst in service. This telecom has only the thirst of money and the employees of this telecom are the same fraud like company. This telecom is doing fraud with people. And charging extra bill. Be careful from this telecom service. Even the customers are not able to take the satisfactory response or solution from the head office mohall
So be careful from this telecom service. Now i am going to consumer court and trai to complaint against this telecom and there employees.

Sir connect ki service ke kaaran kafi logo ko bhut stress mein jina padta meri tarf se koi request na hone per bi unho ne mera plan change kar diya uske bad do din tak mera net nhi chala jab mene customer care ko call ki to meri complaint registered hone ke bad agle din technical helper mere ghar aaya aur usne bataya sir pehle bala ladka modem sahi se laga kar nhi gaya hai fir usne apne seniors se bat karke modem ko change kiya aur tab net start ho gaya but mera landline number tab bi nhi chala usne muje bataya sir ye after 3 days ke bad chalega but after 3 days meri problem sahi nhi hui customer care ko fir se call ki aur customer care ke ne bataya sir aapke plan mein landline number nhi hai jo company ne apne base per change kiya tha mene bataya meri family ko to landline number use karna hota hai to usne bataya sir iske extra charges lagange aur mera bil pahunch gaya 999 se 1270 next day mere ghar phone lag gaya but mera number change kar diya gaya mene connect ke head office bat ki banha per madam diya ne muj se kaha sir aapka number same rahega muje thoda time do but kafi time hone ke bad bi mera bi jab mene fir se call ki to unho ne bataya sir aapko old number nhi mil sakta mene pucha kun to unho ne bataya sir aapka plan change ho gaya hai mene bola aapki company ne mera plan change kiya hai mene to koi request bi nhi ki thi aur upper se kitne din mera net aur landline number band raha per kuch nhi hua muje naya number se satisfy hone pada. But sir after one month muje connect ke customer care se phone aane shure ho gaye ki aap apna bill submit karo mene bola sir mene to apna bill submit karva diya hai to bole nhi aapke name per do phone hai jo chal rahe mene bola do phone mein kya karunga aur aapke pass koi list hai ki mene dono phone use kiye hai connect ke customer care ne saaf mana kar diya aur kaha sir muje nhi pata apna bill submit karo nhi to aap net use nhi kar paoge iske bare mein mein connect customer care 35 mein jakar bataya banha ki employees ne iske bare mein apne se senior ko mail kar di jo bo hi madam diya thi jis ke kaaran mein problem face kar raha tha unho ne kaha sorry sir hamare kaaran aapko problem hui but do din ka time do ab aapko koi phone nhi aayega but sir after one week muje fir se phone aane start ho gaye aur bo itni rud behaviour se bat karte hai mein bata bi nhi sakta aur legal notice issue karne ki bat karne lage. Mene tang aakar jo phone use bi karta tha use bi disconnect karva diya aur 1585 ki amount submit karva di.
