I was having connect broadband and i have requested them to close it in january but they were just making excuses and generated another bill of january. Finally i got a call in february that we can close this connection and for that they told me to pay certain amount via paytm and which i did and i have record of it in my list. Then they said your connection is closed and now you will not get any call from us. After couple of days i got call from connect and they are asking me for the payment again. Which was unacceptable because as per the last discussion, i have made the payment and now they are asking for more payment.. I mean what is this??? I told them that i have already paid and they were like ok our mistake, you must got call from our another department etc etc and cut the call. Till now i used to get calls from connect and they are still asking for money and telling me that your connection is still going on which i am not getting how?
And the most strange thing is, today i got a call from a advocate and she was telling me that connect have filed a legal action against me and if you want to save from it then kindly talk to the support and co-operate which again i am not getting why i need to talk to them??? Can't you guys talk to your team and resolve this issue?
I really don't know why they are doing this.. I am really fedup and i am thinking to file a case against them in consumer forum for annoying and harassing. Was this information helpful? |
