We would like to inform you that disconnection request was received in the month of April 18 at CC mails, & same was processed & informed you that it will take 25 days for permanent disconnection though billing was stopped on the same time. We had also marked mail to clear your total pending outstanding to settle you account, but payment was not made due to this legal team involved & you started getting calls to pay pending amount.
As you had mentioned that you had write s on Feb 18 for disconnection, but as per system details no mail received in the month of Feb.& in screenshot shared by you also Connect number for disconnection was shared in the April’18 month.
