Dear team As suggested by head office chandigarh i visited the connect broadband office ludhiana elite arcade office on 10.08.17 to disconnect the services. There ms. Ritu asked me to submit modem & rs. 550 as full & final payment. As above i submitted modem and made payment. Now they are harassing by posting bills after disconnection. Kindly help.
