I had deactivated my CONNECTION on 2 nov 2016 .i had returned router and paid all dues on same date and it was confirmed by amritsar office of connect.
however the staff of your company keep calling me repeatedly and tried to intimidate me to opt for some other suitable plan of broadband but i kept refusing as i was not interested in it.
they somehow get my connection active without my knowledge and i got e-bills for that .
later i call consumer care and they finally deactivated my connection.
whatever was done with my account afterward 2 november 2016 was without my knowledge and permission.
now i am getting calls that company had filed civil suit against my account for not paying dues of about rs500 and they are harassing me to do payment or else a case will be registered against me.
this is gross violation of consumer rights as i have been customer of connect for 5 long years and now i am being told that i am defaulter which is not the case.
company staff had kept my account active without my permission and knowledge as they may have to achieve their targets or some reason best known to them.
kindly enquire and rectify it as it will be detrimental for connect company's goodwill and trust that i maintained for long period .i am asked to do payment for service which was without my consent or knowledge.
