I took the connect broadband connection for my grandmother who is herself not able to come out of the house and get things done for herself. I am from panchkula and she lives in patiala. However, connection didnt work out as well and I got it disconnected on[protected], for the telephone 5063678 and receipt given to me had number 95134. The submission of modem and full payment was done one the same date at sco 10, chhotti bardari, patiala. I specifically requested the person taking care of my issue that if at all anything, any formality was left and he said no. I fortunately saved the receipt. Now i get calls from connect office for first few months after that saying that you were such a good customer and why you left the services and then suddenly, one day i get the call from a lady/girl, who said she is from connect, saying that i have to come to the office to submit the receipt and when I said that I cant come, as I am panchkula and moreover why are they harassing me, she said to someone in background, madam ka bill banwao jara, (make bill of madam) as if to teach me some lesson for something in which I wasnt even wrong. I emailed the customer care a reply and they further create hay sarassment by saying that I have to clear dues amounting to 428 INR. wHAT IS THIS. I was so disheartened by the response from customer care. rather than checking the receipt from the sco 10 chhoti baradari office end, they are blaming me. This ispathetic. I have the receipt here.
