I am shubham from zirakpur from 2015 m using connect broadband and from march 2016 the service they provide was worst so didnt pay the bill and on 4 june they adjusnt paymnt of making bill from 3500 to adjustd at 1200 on 4 june 2016.
One person changed the modem said it was not workng and changed it than later same problem occurs and after one week i got call from connect that your payment is not clear and u will not able to use services and after 3 days they said sorry ur payment is clear and internet will start working evng. But still am bot satisfyng with the service and the person who came to check the problem he did not have sufficient knowledge. So again i did not pay bill and said them to sort out my problem first...
No response
And now am getting calls from unknown advocates from mohali mr jaspal[protected]. That "saman" as been issue and u get a notice at ur home and nothing has come!
And now on 16 jan another call from DLS DELHI of nidhi sexena +[protected] to pay 5145 amount of bill otherwise u have to pay 30000 for this.
Nidhi saxena give no of rakesh sharma adv[protected].
He told me to pay 5145 right now or we issue a legal notice and even he told to pay 3000 amount to connect office or they will send legal notice of 30000.
Am a student and i call to every person at connect and they not giving response
They isuuse another no to me without disclosing previous no and at time of installing on 29dec 2016 they said its new no oll free and oll ur previos balance is cler.
