Quadrant Televentures / Connectzone.in / Connect Broadband — I want to deactivate my account

As in lockdown we all are at our home so no one is using wifi (at my college address), so i want to deactivate my account because bill is increasing month by month.
i call to costumer care number and there is no answer to my call
