Since 4th of june 2019 my Landline phone and internet connection is out of order. I am daily booking complaints with customer care deptt. Daily receiving false replies like fault has been repaired, now you can connect. And another reply, our engineer is visiting your place to look into the matter. It seems your executives are making me fool.
I sent the number of emails, updated on Twitter, Facebook, etc ( please check attached screenshots) but nothing got fixed - even they deleted my comments from facebook etc.
Also as since last 6-7 days I am not able to use any internet and phone service - DO I NEED TO PAY BILL FOR NON WORKING DAYS OR Whole month?
. And I am freelancer work from home, these days I lose lots of clients/money due the internet was not working and I was not able to work for them.
Please do the needful at the earliest possible
