Dear concern,
"this is to inform you that i want to drop my connection of landline alongwith wifi of number. Way back from the last 2-3 months the landline was not working properly. When i use to lodge complaint on your care number either due to some technical issue it was not able to take my acompalint or by chance it get lodged. Then the issue gets resolved.
But now its been more than a month that i am trying to make complaint of the same issue of no dial tone in my landline & some issue with router & since i am not able to lodge my complaint of the same reason so i want to drop my connection. Neither i use any data nor calling has been made via this number in the last 2 months.
I have tried your online app. As well, there also it shows some problem. I used your fb message medium but again i donot got any response.
& now i am getting message for my bill.
So i believe to get rid off of this issue by just droping my connection. Please note i will not make any bill payment for the last month because neither my complaint got registered nor it got resolved & neither i made any usage because of issue with router & landline.
Kindly refer this & let me know when will the connection be dropping off.
I have all the proof of fb message to company & the compalints made via app & mail to support my complaint.
Still this company is sending such messages -
"mr/ms vasundra rana connect has sent your case to privy chambers law firm for strict legal action against you due to non pymt for using no 2372128 additional penalty of rs 2500 will be imposed if not paid pay rs 797 contact [protected] & sattle"
I am asking for what purpose should i make the payment.
