[Resolved] Quadrant Televentures / Connectzone.in / Connect Broadband — misbehave & fraud by connect co.

We are using broadband & telephone connection of connect telephone services[protected]
We have pay all the payment on dt.[protected] receipt no. 2363176 & handover all the hardware to cmpany employee gopal (Mob. No. [protected])
But today company employee mr. Gagan come in my office & demand for payment, we have show the rct. No. 2363176, he want to destroy that slip in the presence of 12 peoples (Customers & employees) & misbehave all the person in office & tell me gopal have left the co. So now again you will be pay the payment.

Plz take needful action against to co. & employees

We have also put the complaint in national consumer complaint forum

This is in reference to your e-mail .as discussed with you your connection was not deactivated, on the same date when you mailed us we have taken your request for disconnection which will be proceed in next 60 Days . Total Outstanding of your no. is 750 Rs.
Though we have forward your complaint against misbehave from local office team & we apologies for the same .As you said you had disconnected your number on .[protected] than pls send us full n final disconnection Receipt so we can proceed further.

I have taken connection of connect. now I want to discontinue connection but they are not refund me security charges many times I am going their office for discontinue their connection I feel mental harrassment due to this I don't want connection but staff of connect is non coprative
