[Resolved]  Quadrant Televentures / Connectzone.in / Connect Broadband — overcharging the wrong amount in the bill

I m really stressed out from the issue of over billing and wrong charges included in my bill having broadband no. -[protected]. As per the plan for which i had opted for the billing amount was just rs 499and gst on the same but i m again and again receiving wrong billing. I had tried to connect to the customer service by call and emails both but i didn't got any resolution or positive response from your side.
I m repeatedly receiving the massages to pay the overcharged amount by you which i m not liable to pay.
Please check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
