[Resolved] Quadrant Televentures / Connectzone.in / Connect Broadband — want to disconnect/deactivate my connect broadband

Want to disconnect my connect no. [protected]. Tried calling customer care but they are kind of stalling. Also, when tried to asked about the security they said it will not be adjusted into the bill. I mean for new connect they come to the home but for taking my security i have to skip my day job and go to connect office for getting a cheque that i have to submit in the bank.

I am suddenly shifting to delhi how can i go to connect main office which is very far away.

This is in reference to your request of disconnection would like to inform you pls sent your disconnection request at our mail ID "[protected]@infotelconnect.com" along with your ID proof for further process of disconnection. also checked in system that plan against your number was changed & effective from 1st feb'18 .

tried to called you but not getting any respond . pls write us if any concern regarding your number.
