I have ordered one set of lingerie set containing 8 packs of top and bottom inner wears from the site(https://queenistas.com/). The order was placed on 4th March 2022 and the payment method selected was cash on delivery. On 9th March 2022, I received the order through xpressbees courier team, and when I open the packet it contains only 3 nos of top innerwear, and the other 5 top and 8 bottom wears were missing. The order has cost Rs, 649/-(599+50 shipping). Paid the cash at the time of delivery. After that when I check the site the return option is missing on the site and I have sent 2 emails to the mail ID "[protected]@gmail.com" that was mentioned on the site.
