Quick yatra is always trying to make fools to their retail agents. Their behaviour also very rude and unprofessionals. My points are as below :
1. They have block my wallet amount rs. 10, 000/- balance as security balance
2. Rs. 1700/- taken payment in the name of irctc certificate
3. Rs. 5900/- dedcuted from my wallte for dongle renewal without my permission as they impose the fraud rules that dongle renewal and otp renewal both are mandatory to book the tickets.
4. Rs. 3000/- dedcuted from my wallet for otp renewal without my permission but till now do not process anything as of my knowledge.
5. Rs. 2360/- taken the payment from me for unblock and release my security amount of 10, 000/- but again they are asking 3500/- to release the same.
6. They have suspended my irctc account due to i have refused to make payment of another 3500/-.
7. They have also charged of rs. 10/- per day as shortfall of 30 pnr per month
quiick yatra always asking money from the agents in the name of diffrents kinds of fake schemes and imposing the fake rules & regulation on agents.
