Quikr — AD not released in time. Cancel the order and refund the amount

We have provided a property AD and the payment is made on 16th of AUG.2021. Invoice ref. No. LF/ AUG21/005844 dated 20.08.2021.

In spite of regular follow ups, the AD is not yet released. Due to the delay in releasing the AD and poor service, we would like to cancel the order.

Request you to cancel the order and arrange for the refund the amount immediately.
