Quikr — At home diva home salon services duped us with money in wallet

In Dec 2019 I was informed that At home Diva home services have been discontinued. They asked us send the bank details for the refund. Ii had shared the same. It has been more than a year now, despite repeated reminders they have not responded. I had more than 3000 rupees in my wallet.
This is sheer duping of money.
