Quikr — Car rc owner name transfer

I have been applied for car rc owner name transfer through quikr rto services..
Made a payment through online transfer..
Within a few days Quikr rto services executive officer came and took all they need documents and only few documents were pending..
After a few weeks i mailed they rest of they documents and it was in process...
Its in process after a months..
After years also...
I have been following them through mail but no response..
I have been made compliment regarding they issue through some of they manager and got a response by they case handling executive responded to they mail..
Again no reason till date..
Its almost 15 months and more then that ..
But I didn't got a call or mail from they executive as well as backend team..
