[Resolved]  Quikr — fraud of an indian army kunal raziv. k cisf no[protected]

The above given guy kunal raziv. K, ph no. [protected] has done fraud with me.
Through quicker i contacted him to buy a royal enfield by 23000/-.
He had taken rs.3120/-online payment from me to issue a paper document dtd 28/05/2020 to start up the fraud process.
Next day he told me that the requisite vehicle had started the movement by a army lorry on the way to my given location of residential address.
After that the real drama was started.
About 15 minutes later i got a phone call from courier boy named sandip ph no. [protected] who had given his recognition as the delivery boy of the said bike and told me that i had to pay an amount of rs.9999/- to clear the gps disconnectivity.
As a real consumer i paid this amount online.
After few minutes again sandip called me and asked me to pay rs.12149/- as per the invoice amount and simultaneously any surplus amount over and above the rs.23000/- will be reimbursed by cash once he will physically reach to me.
On the basis of his words i paid this amount of rs.12149/-.
Again after approx 10-15 minutes later he called me and asked for payment of another heavy amount of rs.15892/- which was required to clear the obligation of interstate registration process.
Every time sandip described that the extra amount which i paid extra over and above the amount rs.23000/- will be returned back by cash once he would reach to me physically.
Now one new drama had started. He told that the amount rs.15852/- what i already paid is a wrong numerical amount. The amount had to pay was rs.15892/-and not 15852/-.
Then it was a doubt for me and i rejected to pay. That time they explained that this amount rs.15852/-
Had to be returned online within a couple of minutes time as it was a wrong numerical amount w. R. T their system locking. But i did not pay.
By this date on 29/05/2020, the total amount what i had already paid was rs. (3120+9999+12149+15852 =rs.41120/-). But still the bike not delivered to me.
The next day morning again some talks had initiated with me and kunal rajiv and he told me that his job was at stake due to yesterday's incidence of returning his lorry to his location.
I got little influenced by his fear of job loss and assured him to pay the amount rs.15892/- on condition that the so called wrong amount of rs.15852/- would get return back to my same account on line within a couple of minutes time. But it had not happened. The logic was no internet connectivity. They assured me to return this money by cash once the physical presence would take place between us.
After that a few minutes' later again sandip called me and asked rs.8189/- to pay. As delivery charge and no further payment to do. As a situational compulsion i bound to pay the amount with the commitment that no other payment was required to pay and the lorry was near about to me location.
But still the fraud not ended.
Again phone call came to me when the lorry was about a distance of 6 minutes far from my location and asked for to pay rs.18592/-.
Then i said sorry as i understood it was a complete fraud of snatching consumer's money at the cost of injecting fear to the consumer. I did not paid the money.
End of the entire 2 day's effort the result was neither i got the bike nor my money of amount rs. 65201/-, (3120+9999+12149+15852+15892+8189) back.
This is absolutely a mafia raj by some of dishonest army personnel.
I want complete justice and all my money back immediately.
Another interesting point is one new ad of the same bike with different name and ph no. Is published on quicker which is shameless.
Pls help me to get back my money immediately and to stop loot of money by some of these mafia army personnel
