Quikr — Got the wrong product

I bought a phone from quikr saler, i received wrong product hance contacted to saler/client on : [protected], he said he will refun very soon
every day he was toggling me that amount will be refund next week.
but i din't get any refund i have all the chats and call recording and invoice

first i payed 700 on [protected]@ybl . [protected]

second i payed on delivery 6300 on [protected]@ybl, kailash giri, ( Emart delivery boy )
