Quikr — Home maid services company chembur

This is regarding the home nurse services i had seen from quikr and the company name is home made services. They promised for proper home nurse who have experience and during short listing of candidates they sent profiles of ppl who are either a ward boy or no medical background.
I had paid 8000 rs to this company and didn't use their service for which a lady named nidhi said they won't pay tbe money back.
I want quikr to take action against these fraudulent companies who are making qukrs name dirty
