[Resolved]  Quikr — Non receipt of payment of a sold item worth 1599

This is regarding a bicycle which was sold in Quikr platform on 15.10.20 & was picked up physically by buyer but till today Quikr has not transferred the amount to my bank. They don't have any capable customer support team to help me with a solution. Absolutely no response from them. I am tired of mailing them for my money. Everytime they will give a new ticket number & the extension of time. No body from their team will ever call up to communicate. I am clueless what to do now after getting cheated by such a renowned platform like Quikr. Please help.

I sold an item (Ad id#[protected] on Quikr platform on 15.10.20. which was picked up by buyer physically and as per Quikr rules they were supposed to transfer my money ₹1599 immediately (transaction ID:[protected] but till today they have not transferred my money to my bank account, details of which is already there with Quikr as detail, still it is showing pending in their app, from 15.10.20 onwards same status no further development happened. I am clueless where to seek for support since they don't have a capable customer service support. Only one contact number which no nobody will ever respond. I have mailed them for help several times but every time they will generate a new ticket number, the recent being [protected] with the same tag line that the concerned person will get in touch. Absolutely no support or communication from their side which clearly indicates that I have been cheated with a high amount through this renowned platform.
