I have paid for an item through quikr, the seller has preferred doorstep delivery, i have paid the amount 5000 plus 1550 for their doorstep delivery charge, this was on 28th july 2020.. Both me and seller was in bangalore, the quikr promised 2-3 days delivery time... Nothing happened, both the seller and me tried to contact them, call them no replies.
After enough time waiting and countless emails no response from them finally i got to cancel the purchase through their website chat support, it was cancelled on 7th august 2020, they told within 4-7 days the amount 6550 will be credited back to my account.. Today is 15th till now nothing happened. 2 days back a person called mentioning within 48 hrs everything will be resolved. So again i did chat, the person told refund is initiated and will be credited in again 5-7 days.. Don't know whether it will happen or not, i hope it gets refunded...
Anyone reading this please stay away from quikr, there are lots of other decent companies who does the same thing.. And if you really want to buy from them please don't use their doorstep delivery its a scam.. Use porter or other services it'll cost you less and you get in same day.
The company is a joke their customer service is pathetic, they can't even do one job perfectly either delivery or refund or customer support. Pathetic experience.
P. S - don't think you can call them, once you call their customer service number an automated message will just say send an email at the id and disconnects. Only they can call you.. Now you guess why they made it like that lol Was this information helpful? |
