I was purchased mobile phone on 8/9/21 from quikr but order not confirm successfully but they claim delivered on date 9/8/21 and i tried to contact seller but phone switch of and i contact customer care through mail they told me contact to seller now what i have to do and how order got deliver still order not successfully confirm customer care and seller fraud with me please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||

and mobile no.-8046805612 i want to refund my money as soon as possible if the product not delivered then how seller was claimed as product got delivered why customer care agreed and she is only mail me and said only you have to contact seller how i have to contact mobile no. Not working and she aslo involved this case she never help me and everyday i contact with her with through mail but atleast she have to ask once about seller payment nothing atlast she told me payment already intiate to seller what is this Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
