Quikr — Quikr Premium Ad Credit packs

Please be informed that, I had bought Quikr Premium Ad Credit packs on 8th of August, 2021. I've made the payment of Rs. 2396, online through my credit card. I've got the receipt also from the Quikr. The Premium Ad is valid for 3 months for any 5 Ads of mine. According to this Premium Ads Pack, it was supposed to make my ad more visible, reach out to more consumers and sell my product or service faster than compare to normal ads.
However, despite of multiple attempt, I'm not able to convert any of ads to premium from my side. At this event, I've wrote an email to Quikr (email addressed to "[protected]@quikr.com", "[protected]@quikr.com", "[protected]@quikr.com"), to convert my Ads into Premium as per the package, from their side. I've got only one response from them stating "ticket #248030 has been created & they would provide the suitable solution within 24 hours on 8th of August". Since then, I had done multiple follow ups with them on the mentioned email ids, but there is no response provided by them. Neither my ad have been converted into Premium ads. Request you to please help me to get REFUND of amount Rs. 2396, paid to them.
