Quikr — quikr rto service opted for hypothecation cancellation

I submitted my documents and paid quikr by opting the rto service to cancel the hypothication on the bike which i bought in august 2019. Quikr claims that the same documents were submitted to rto ka 05 (Jayanagar) the same day viz., sep 6th 2019 and they have accepted and its in process.
It has been 2 months (60 plus days) and i haven't received the same back. Upon frequent/multiple followups with them, they say that its in process and always say that it will be closed within some specific date and everytime i need to check if its done and the same response is given to me.
I am totally fed up with these # and need to escalate this matter here seeking an action against them.
This is delaying my ownership transfer process which i need to apply post get this hp cancelled.

Updated by Sundeep Anand Still no update from Quikr team. This is ridiculuous service from such a big service provider.
It looks like they have misplaced my RTO Smart card which is why they don't know what they have to respond with and also encashing the COVID 19 situation in their favor.
