Quikr — Quikr Samsung Galaxy S7 tab fraud on quikr

I was looking to buy a new/used Ipad/Samsung Galaxy S7 tab. I checked few ads on quikr. There was one that was available less than 20, 000. I sent the message to seller name: pakrish on WhatsApp ([protected]). I texted him on 22nd Aug 2021 at 1.30 AM. He replied on 22ndAug 2021 4.44AM stating that yes, it is available. Instead of telling the product info, He gave other iPads information along with prices. He (calming to be Ahmed Rahman sales manager of E max electronics stated in Dubai, UAE).
He provided visiting card also stating the same. As per his visiting card, here are the details

He mentioned that tab will come with 1 year warranty and 4 months return policy with money back. As I was not sure about the product I requested him to pay cash on delivery. He said, no for that.He asked me to pay full amount but I insisted so he mentioned as this is first order he asked me to pay 50% at least as advance.
He said, he will ship the Samsung tab once 50% payment is done for the product dispatch. He mentioned that tracking details will be provided in an hour. we had discussion about budget, I told him my budget is 20k only cant spend more than that. He Agreed for that.

on 28th Aug 2021 at 7.22 PM, He mentioned that my parcel is arrived and it was on hold for Customs. And asked to pay 5, 000 for the clearance
I told him, I dont have money, because we have discussed remaining 50% after the delivery. He mentioned custom charges are high compared to their budget. Otherwise, it will be problem.
So I sent 5, 000 at 7.40 PM 28th Aug 2021

on 29th Aug 2021, he mentioned parcel is given to Delivery man and he is coming from Delhi. I asked for local courier number, He said, as it is given their delivery man no separate tracking ID will not be given.
on 30th Aug 2021, I got message from delivery Agent ( [protected]) saying parcel ready. he even sent me video with all my detail on the parcel. Delivery agent mentioned that he was supposed to pay yesterday i.e 29th Aug 2021 as I have pending balance to pay, unless it is completed it wont be delivered. I reached out to Ahmed, he mentioned his boss is not accepting this, and I have to pay remaining 5, 000 to get my Parcel.

I was keep on waiting for the delivery but there is no proper response from them. Delivery Agent mentioned he stuck in police case as he is foreigner and trying to complete work with it.
On 31st Aug 2021, at 11AM Delivery Agent dropped a text that I have to pay 4900 for taxes. I insisted to pay and reached out to Ahmed. He mentioned there are some issues, so i have to pay and he mentioned he'll refund me on 7th Sep 2021 once he gets his salary. I trusted and went forward to pay. Mr. Ahmed mentioned I'll get the parcel by 11AM/2PM/4PM.

he mentioned he is gonna start in few mins .when i asked him, he said, he is clearing the police case at Kothapet Police station, Nisanakara which roughly 40-50mins from our place.
I asked him multiple times, he mentioned Mr. Ahmed is really mad at him because me. and he mentioned deliver it on the same day but he never showed up on that day.
When I confronted him & Ahmed regarding the same, Agent mentioned he'll deliver on 1st Sep by 11 AM.
I texted them multiple times they are seeing the messages but didn't replied. I called over 54 times.
Today i.e 1st Sep Delivery agent texted me that I have to pay 3500 as delivery Fee. I confronted Mr.Ahmed, he initially told me not pay and will check with him regarding that. And then Mr.Ahmed said, he is not deliver until I pay. He mentioned, he asked Delivery Agent multiple times but he is thinking we are trying to play smart. Delivery Agent keep on insisting that once we done the payment then only he'll delivery. After few mins, he said its not 3500, its 5300. asked me to send 5300 as the delivery, if he dont do the payment, he'll go back to Delhi.
I was keep on calling Mr. Ahmed and mentioned i am not going to pay. I even asked Delivery agent to share the location then only i'll Pay. Even for that also Delivery Agent didn't agree. Once the payment is done then only he can share the location.
I tried multiple times like while he is on his way to home by sharing the location, he denied for that
I asked for the location so that we go collect and pay in the same moment
He didnt agree for that

Mr. Ahmed, i called him. he crying and saying he cant handle this stress over this delivery and please comply with him and pay 5300 for the delivery. and he is gonna refund total 4900+5300 next week once he gets the salary.
I called many times and said I am not going pay. Delivery Agent mentioned, he is going back to Delhi, once he went back to Delhi, if I try to get it I'll have to pay 9500 for the Delay.
Delivery Agent mentioned soon he'll be leaving, even if you beg in the last minute and he wont listen. He mentioned he is 25mins away from my place. Again I asked him to share his location and so that we pay and get it. He insisted and saying we have to pay first then only location will be shared. I Said no. After few minutes of battle with Mr.Ahmed and Delivery Agent. Mr.Ahmed keep on saying to comply with him to get the delivery. I Said i am not going to pay single rupee till I get my delivery. After Few minutes Delivery Agent mentioned, he is leaving for the plane and is in airport. and mentioned he kept the parcel in safe place with some people. and I have to pay first to get that.
I asked him if he is 25mins away from place and airport is 2Hrs from my place. how can he go in few mins. he didn't responded to that and keep on mentioning that I have to pay first. I asked him to share the details to pay for the delivery but we understood the situation.
Delivery Agent shared the same kormangala branch details, I asked him if it is his account why the account name has some company name with LTD. he said pay to that account else leave it.
I asked Mr.Ahmed refund my amount. He mentioned refund cant be done. even if I want to get it I'll have to pay 5300. then only full amount will be refunded. I said NO. Delivery Agent also mentioned he wont do anything till the payment is done. By this time, I realized Damage has been already done. trusted them and paid 24, 900 in total. I lost my savings. I wanted buy a tab for my studies. Please. Help me sir.

Both numbers Mr.Ahmed and Delivery Agent are still active. They didn't block my number but they are not responding to me. Normal incoming calls are blocked on both numbers as recharge needs to done. I tried calling on whatsapp itself for multiple times but they are not answering.
