[Resolved]  Quikr — Recovered cost for RTO Ownership transfer which is not done

I had bought Suzuki Access 125 from Quikr Thane Store in Jan-20 for Rs.35, 000/- which includes cost of RTO Ownership Transfer. After then when I visited again to their store to submit my documents their store was closed & their store manager was not picking up a call. Since then I am following to Quikr for this issue but I am not getting response from them & RTO Ownership Transfer is still pending for which they had already recovered a cost from me.
