Quikr — Refurbished Laptop from MTech Solutions purchased but delivery not done

Purchased a laptop worth Rs. 7, 999. Payment is debited from my Bank account. Seller Sunil or Sony Arora has received it but he is not ready to deliver the laptop. Since 4 days i'm after him to deliver the product. He fooled me saying i have got a gift voucher in which i will get a Scooty free because their company celebrated anniversary. Just pay 6100 rs for Registration. I guessed that this might be a false call. But he insisted that i should pay that amount. Then together i will get laptop and Scooty. He started arguing with me that he paid for registration. So i told that i and my husband will come to his office to pay the amount. But he is not ready to share the address. So i told him that i do not need ur laptop nor ur scooty. Just refund my money. But now he doesn't pick up calls and no messages.

Updated by Narima Rozario This Sunil / Sony Arora has been termed as trusted and verified Seller on your website for selling refurbished laptops starting from a price range of Rs.5999 onwards. His profile still active. He must have cheated so many people.
Something has to be done about him because he is a cheat and fraud.

Updated by Narima Rozario Just now I saw another ad of his page again created in one day. Please do something about it. He is a fraud. He must have made lot of money just by cheating innocent people and robbing them of their hard earned money. Quiker please do something. Even Quiker's name is spoilt due to such sellers. He uses broken english in the chats. Never gives office address so that people can come to his office.

Nothing has been done about the fraud case of laptop. I guess some members of Quiker may be involved in this as it is delayed so much. Innocent people get duped and it is increasing every day. It's very sad that our trust is broken. Message should be converyed to people about Quiker and That fraud Arora
