My name is Hanak Sahoo. I chose to buy a Smartphone from Quikr.
I selected to buy a smartphone on Quikr. I chose a Quikr Premium Ad.
One person named Anuraag Sinha (Verma) asked me to make the payment for booking - Rs 1000 and Rs 2100 and then Rs 1540. Then he asked me to pay for IMEI registration- Rs 3150. He asked to pay Rs 4250 and Rs 4540 so the Refund slot would be generated by the System.
They said that the Refund process is done by the Computer. Also involved is Ranjeet, calling himself as incharge of Accounts. They have spoken harshly with me and I had to keep quiet as I wanted my money back.
Anuraag Sinha is registered as Quikr Bazzar on the Quikr App. Mobile - [protected] and GB Kareka (Ranjeet). Mob -[protected]. They also used the Paytm number [protected].
The Quikr Premium Ad ID is[protected]. I am unable to get any information now.
The Quikr Team replied by saying that the Premium Ad and the User is blocked. The Quikr Team should have checked thoroughly the sellers they have allowed to register as Premium Ad on their Quikr portal.
I am a middle-class person who wanted to buy a phone online from Quikr. I have lost my money which I request to be refunded back to me. Now Quikr team is asking me to file complaint with cyber-crime.
Sir/ Madam, Please I beg and kindly request you to help get my refund of Rs 16580 for which I will be very grateful to you.
