Sir,
My ad id[protected] is in suspended state and i am not able to pay the premium. But the premium ad support keeps on sending standard response "kindly help us by sharing the ad order id /screenshot of the transaction details against which you have made the payment. This will help us check and revert to a status at the earliest.". How i am supposed to make the payment when the ad is in suspended state? I really appreciate if you can resolve this issue. Thanks.

Updated by [email protected] When you try to edit the ad using the "update ad" link from the ad activation email, update always fails with error "missing attribute no_of_rooms in request" even without making any changes. Moreover there are no fields for number of rooms available in the ad update page. There is no way to update the ad title other than this option. Please fix the issue.
