I ordered for servicing my AC and fitting it to my new home through quickr named Mr.Manickam DTS air cool system korattur, phone no.[protected], [protected] sent his persons to service and they took my Indoor unit get it overall service and they took it back the next day. Fitting the outdoor unit was done horrible and they bent the copper pipe as per the below pictures where the ODU fitting was not proper and the AC malfunction many times at night that it gets switched frequently and unnecessary cut of as they have changed the main board of the AC is my suspicion. For this work they charged my Rs 4500/- for this improper work. even after speaking to them about this issue they are mentioning that we will have to pay them service charges for the fault they did to my perfect running AC. I sincerely advise to take action against this unethical service that did.
