I purchased a backhoe loader on 11th jun 2015 in an online auction from Quippo auctioneers and valuers pvt ltd, they were selling the machinery of HLFL (Hinduja Leyland finance limited).

Full payment was made in the first week of July as asked by the client.(Quippo)

A bogus set of documents was provided which was not accepted by the RTO authorities for transfer of ownership and providing a NOC for moving the vehicle and registering it further under our name.

There has been delay in providing me with the correct set of documents(even after repeated written request) required for the transfer(received in September). Even then the required vehicle delivery document has not been received(they are currently processing).It is needed to pick the vehicle from the Yard

I had paid the applicable parking charges with the initial payment, the company is now asking additional amount to the tune of Rs. 20, 000 as extra parking charges incurred due to delay.

The sole responsibility of the delay lies with the agency supposed to provide the documents.

The agencies responsible are Quippo and HLFL.

I cannot be held responsible for the delay as I cannot move the vehicle without proper documents.
