I ahmed khan i complained about your service provider in lucknow as i lived in faizabad, my purifier is not working your service provider in faizabad told me that the repairing cost of purifier is 12, 000/- this is too much, then i travel to lucknow with purifier and call the lucknow service centre in the name of R.A. Enterprises, address is Lekhraj Gold Complex indra nagar, Munshi Puliya, Lucknow, 226001, your service manager Mr. Subhaash (contact number is - [protected]) take my purifier and repaired it under ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT sum of rupees 5500/-, on 15/11/2021, i paid the amount and told him that this puerifier is belong to my hometown please check this twice he says your purifier is like as new i said okay good! then i go to my hometown faizabad and install the purifier the the device is not working from that day i called Mr. subhaash and told the problem he says don't worry sir i manage and send one of my service manager to your home he said like this 5-6 time when i called him but no one is coming from your side and in the past 2-3 days on one is picking up my phone calls even no one is reply on my text, i already paid 5500/- under AMC, and everyone know in 5500/- i easily purchase a new purifier but i repaired this because this purifier is thousand times better than anyone, my father lived in my hometown and he is 65 years old and doctor says don't drink direct water as direct water is harmful to him that's why i want to resolve this problem as soon as possible, i also have receipt of 5500/- in the name of Hindustan Unilever Pureit original.
Please take some serious action because i really disappointed to your service and please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
