I farhana begam, resident of pandua, hooghly, west bengal, purchased a new tata nexon
From r. D. Motors kalyani by exchanging my old tata indigo. I booked the car on 23rd december, 2017 & got delivery on 16th february 2018.
The exchange value was given as 80, 000 + 10, 000 (Extra discount), so total 90, 000 for the tata indigo.
The on-road price of the tata nexon was 7, 96, 571.
Ex-showroom price : 7, 16, 517
Insurance : 30, 445
Registration + road tax : 47, 509
Hsrp : 2, 100
The final payable amount was 7, 06, 571 & i've paid the total amount as follows :
Booking amount : 5000
Bank draft amount : 6, 73, 015
Bank cheque : 28, 556
They have cheated & fraued me in several ways since i had booked the car.
1) firstly they said the resold value of my old tata indigo will be 140, 000 at the time of booking. Later they reduced it to 80, 000 only at the time of delivery.
2) secondly, they have charged me rs.30, 445 for the insurance but the actual insurance amount is rs.25, 336 written in the invoice.
3) they told me that they'll provide extra fittings (Foot mat, mud guard flap, stirring cover, perfume box, a showcase) but they're denying to provide these things now.
4) and now they are not giving me the papers and asking for 2000/- extra for the papers.
They're harassing me & most of the time not picking up phones whenever i've tried to contact them for papers.
