R Narasimhan, Kumbakonam. — Request for immediate deactivation of subscription to Hungama Movies on Demand

My Telephone Number is[protected] Account No. [protected] I have not made any request for a subscription to Hungama Movies on Demand. However, I find from my Telepone bill that a one time charge of Rs. 313.42 was charged in my Bill No.[protected] dated 06 06 2014 and a sum of Rs. 347/- was raised in my Bill No.[protected] dt 06 07 2014. As I am not utilising this utility at any point of time, I request you to immediately deactivate my subscription to Hungama Movies onak Demand. As I have never used this facility, I request you to reimburse the above two sums already paid by me against my future bill. To-day I have submitted a written complaint to PRO, Customer Service Centre at Kumbakonam on this issue. R Narasimhan, Kumbakonam.
