On 27th July, I had booked a complain in AC Bengal Service Centre, near Ruby for AC servicing as it was leaking water
Docket No. was 303512
On that day technician came from R S Cooling office and did servicing and charged 4300 for Gas, Capacitor & Service charge. From the next day, my AC started giving issues, getting off and On by its own
I notified the technician and they came on 30th July and said that circuit got damaged and an extra Rs. 3, 250 is required to pay by me.
I am using AC for the last 6 years and I have never faced any issue ever and servicing was done by me on an annual basis.
But this time, after the servicing has been done from next day I started facing these problems and they never agreed that it is by any means their fault.
As a layman I should expect some understanding from them. On the other hand they told me to pay the full amount.
Moreover the Manager of R S Cooling has a very very rough behavior. He doesnot know how to handle customers Was this information helpful? |
