Once you start calling them or show them that you are interested in purchasing machine, they will be behind you and give all kind of buy back options. once we purchased the machine, the same number we had to make multiple calls to talk to them. after deliverying the product, another 3 to 4 calls to follow up to make the payment. finally we gave up as they used to tell out 1000 pieces 100 are waste or some kind of excuse.
