Racold — Denying warranty and no response for my complaint | ||
Dear Sir, Request your kind attention in this matter. This is regarding the Racold Pronto Neo 3 Litres 3KW Instant Water Heater (White) | B008LN6A6Q ( B008LN6A6Q ) HSN:8516, which I purchased online and there was issue with this, the graser inlet pipe was broken when installing this. As this s under warrant I have raised a customer complaint in Oct 17. In spite of multiple calls no proper response on the issue and no call bank. I do not understand your redressal system for customer issues of Racold, who says most trusted brand. After my 4th cal they provided me a technician number, whom I called and explained to him the issue he said will get back and from then on he never answered my call, then again I called customer care they have given me area manager number, he never answered any call. How could a manager be so irresponsible, I tried 100 times no response. I request your help in resolving my issue. They are denying the warrant as it was not installed by them.
