I had recently purchased Racold 3ltr Pronto neo geyser before 20 days. I have issue with that geyser since the day one.
Problem:-
Less Hot water (its 3 ltr with 4.5kv) and I have only 3 person in family, which seems enough for the usage
My main MCB is getting tripped frequently, when it is in use
there is no Red indicator most of the time and it give cold water.
I explained this all scenario to the technician but he checked for a minute and ran away stating that there is no issue in geyser and I need to check with my Electric Lines. I have recently change all my electric wiring and used all industrial standard product, which he is challenging without any proper knowledge.
I asked him to replace my geyser as its was recently purchased and occurring multiple issue, where as he used tester and confirmed that there is no issue. He have not even performed any troubleshooting part and straightly denied to check further.
I tried to reach his manager but it was sees that even he dont want to co-operate and questioning me like I have made mistake by purchasing this product.
Going further, I will strongly recommend to avoid Racold product and Also will ensure that I will highlight this case on social site and other media channels, so there is awareness among people for this product and they stop investing their hard earned money in this product.
I am now feeling that I made a wrong decision in my life by purchasing Racold geyser.
