I have registered a complaint[protected] with Racold Customer care on 11th Jan 2017 for Solar water heater tank replacement which is in warranty. The service representatives are giving excuses every time i call them up and are not replacing the tank. I have tried reaching the customer care number on this complaint multiple times but no action is taken till date and the tank is not yet replaced.
