Racold — Worst Customer Support

I have raised almost 6 service request to get help from Racold to fix my geaser which is in warranty period but no one has ever responded well and the service gets closed after few days and when we try to contact some vendors subjected to the customer care providers they never pick up the calls or callback to provide any help
